Hi, my name is David Tuitele this is my first year at Upward Bound program, and it’s the best program that will help you out with your high school struggles. Not only do they help you through out your high school credits and studies they help prepare for College. When I first started this program I really knew that this program will help me out and give me opportunities that other people won't experience. One of those experiences was a trip we took to Oregon. We visited colleges and universities that were really good. Upward Bound is really good program that is something that has to be passed around and it will help you.
